THE OFFICE CURRENCY

$AGENTHQ — COINS FOR THE OFFICE WHERE AGENTS ACTUALLY WORK.

Agent HQ is a retro 2D office where you hire real Claude and Codex agents and watch them ship. $AGENTHQ is the coin you spend inside it — on agent payroll, character skins, office themes, and agent templates built by other players. Think arcade tokens, not a cap table.

WHAT IT IS
IN-GAME CREDITS

A currency you spend in the game. Not a security, not a share.

Coins spent on agent work, shop items, and fees are burned.

READ THIS FIRST

$AGENTHQ IS NOT STOCK. IT IS A GAME COIN.

$AGENTHQ does not represent equity, stock, or ownership of Agent HQ, of the company behind it, or of any of its revenue, assets, or intellectual property. Holding it gives you no shareholding, no dividend, no profit share, and no vote over the business.

It is in-game credits — the same idea as V-Bucks, Robux, or gold in an MMO. A unit you spend inside the office to hire agent work and buy skins, themes, and templates. The only difference is that the ledger is a public chain instead of a row in our database, which means balances are portable, supply is verifiable by anyone, and a creator anywhere in the world can be paid $4 for a template in about a second.

  • ✕ NOT EQUITY
  • ✕ NOT STOCK
  • ✕ NOT OWNERSHIP
  • ✕ NO DIVIDEND
  • ✕ NO PROFIT SHARE
  • ✕ NO REVENUE CLAIM

Buy it if you want to spend it in the office. That's the whole pitch.

UTILITY

FIVE THINGS THE COIN DOES IN THE GAME.

Most game currencies are invented scarcity around cosmetics. This office has a real cost of goods: every agent-second burns inference. That gives the coin something rare — a sink that isn't vanity.

01 · AGENT PAYROLL

PAY YOUR AGENTS

Managed inference, billed in coin. Don't want to manage API keys? Spend instead. Each model shows a rate card at hire time, so choosing Opus over Haiku becomes a visible budget call. Every coin spent here is burned.

02 · COSMETICS

SKINS & THEMES

Character skins, office themes, prop packs. Dress your staff, re-floor the office, swap the whole map for a trading floor. Pay in coin for ~10% less than card. Seasonal drops are coin-only and time-limited.

03 · MARKETPLACE

BUY & SELL AGENTS

Agent roles, pipelines, office setups. Publish a configured agent from the kiosk in the lobby; other players hire it in one click. 80% to the creator, 15% burned, 5% treasury.

04 · QUALITY BONDS

STAKE ON YOUR WORK

Back your listing with coin. Bonded templates rank higher in the marketplace. If one is broken or malicious and the report is upheld, the bond is slashed and pays the refunds. Makes quality expensive to fake.

05 · QUESTS & SEASONS

EARN BY PLAYING

Coin flows to people who use the office. Onboarding quests, capped rewards per thousand completed tasks, and three-month seasons with themed maps and creator prize pools.

LATER · OPEN MARKET

CONTRACT HIRES

Rent a veteran agent. Agents keep continuous memory, so one that's shipped 500 tasks is a different asset from a fresh hire. Rent its config and distilled memory per run; the owner earns, the fee burns. Ships after the marketplace is proven.

COST-AWARENESS AS AN OFFICE BUDGET

The game already tracks what every agent spends per task. The coin turns that panel into the most useful screen in the product: watching your balance tick down while an Opus agent thinks is the clearest feedback loop this game has.

  • Rate cards at hire time — model choice is a budget decision you can see.
  • Spend limits per agent and per office, enforced server-side. A runaway agent can't drain a wallet.
  • Soft caps, never hard stops. A task in flight always finishes; the office goes to overtime and prompts a top-up after.
  • The wallet is invisible. Created silently with your account — no extension, no seed phrase, no gas to pay. Export it from Settings if you want custody.
  • BYOK skips all of it. Bring your own Claude or Codex key and your agents cost you no coin at all.

THE SHOP

SKINS, THEMES, AND THINGS YOU CAN'T BUY.

The office already ships character skins and full office themes. The coin turns that into a catalog — plus a tier of items that no amount of coin unlocks, because you have to earn them.

PRICES DON'T MOVE

Every price is denominated in USD and settled in coin at spot. A skin is "$5 worth of ⛁", not a fixed coin number. Nobody wakes up to a shop that tripled overnight.

COIN IS CHEAPER

Paying in coin costs about 10% less than paying by card — funded by the processing fees we don't pay. That discount is what actually gets the rail used.

EARNED, NOT BOUGHT

A gold desk plaque at 1,000 completed tasks. A worn keyboard at a 30-day streak. A manager's chair for running a 5-agent pipeline. Unsellable, unbuyable — and the most wanted items in the game.

THE MARKETPLACE

AN AGENT THAT WORKS IS WORTH SOMETHING. SELL IT.

The real unit of value in Agent HQ isn't the pixels — it's the configuration: system prompt, model, tool policy, handoff chain. Right now every player rebuilds theirs from scratch. The marketplace kiosk in the office lobby fixes that, and the coin is how the creator gets paid.

  • Publish from the game. Right-click an agent → Publish Role → name it, price it, describe it. It's live in the kiosk.
  • Hire in one click. A purchased role shows up as a preset in your hire form.
  • 80 / 15 / 5. Creator / burned / treasury. Our cut is destroyed, not banked — the fee is a sink, not revenue.
  • Retention-weighted payouts. A template still in use at 30 days earns its creator far more than a day-one install. Kills install farming.
  • Free templates are first-class. Publishing at 0 ⛁ still earns reputation. The marketplace has to be good before it's lucrative.

WHERE ⛁ 100 GOES

CREATOR ⛁ 80
BURNED ⛁ 15
TREASURY ⛁ 5

Treasury funds season prize pools and creator grants. Creator earnings are quoted in USD, so "$120 this month" means $120.

THE ECONOMY

SEVEN WAYS COINS LEAVE. THREE WAYS THEY ARRIVE.

A game economy is defined by its sinks, not its faucets. Supply is fixed at 1,000,000,000 and nothing can ever be minted — so every burn below is permanent, and circulating supply only moves one direction.

⬇ SINKS — COINS DESTROYED

  • BURNAgent workEvery coin spent on managed inference is burned. Scales directly with how much the game is played.
  • BURNMarketplace fees15% of every template, pipeline, map, and skin sale.
  • BURNShop purchasesFirst-party items bought in coin are burned in full.
  • BURNLimited dropsSeasonal and launch-cohort items, 100% burned.
  • BURNSlashingBroken or malicious templates burn their bond.
  • BURNVanityOffice handles, custom domains, agent name reservations, desk plaques.
  • BURNBuybackA fixed share of dollar subscription revenue buys coin on the open market and burns it, monthly.

⬆ FAUCETS — COINS EARNED

  • EARNCreator payoutsThe 80% share of every marketplace sale, weighted by whether the template is still in use at 30 days.
  • EARNWork & quest rewardsCapped per account, gated on real usage. Faking it costs real inference dollars — the best anti-sybil primitive we have.
  • EARNSeason prize poolsFunded from treasury, announced in advance, awarded for creator challenges.

Nothing is minted. Rewards come from a pre-allocated, on-chain pool; when it's spent, rewards are funded entirely by marketplace circulation — which is the healthy end state for any game economy.

BUILD ORDER

FOUR PHASES. EACH ONE USEFUL ON ITS OWN.

01

SPEND

Balance in the Payroll HUD, invisible wallets, sponsored gas, and the first-party shop: skins, themes, prop packs. Top up by card or transfer. Burn on every purchase.

02

PAY FOR WORK

Managed inference billed in coin. Rate cards at hire time, spend limits, soft caps and overtime. This is where the deep sink turns on.

03

EARN

The marketplace kiosk: publish roles, pipelines, maps, skins. Creator payouts, retention weighting, quality bonds and slashing. Quests, and the first season.

04

OPEN ECONOMY

Contract hires, agent reputation, office-as-a-service, and treasury-funded creator grants.

GUARDRAILS

THE RULES WE'RE BUILDING IT UNDER.

The coin is never required. Free tier stays free, BYOK stays first-class, and every item is also card-purchasable.
No hard stops. A running task always finishes. Top-up comes after, never mid-thought.
Player-set spend limits, enforced server-side, per agent and per office.
Stable prices. Everything denominated in USD, settled in coin at spot.
Teams never have to touch it. The whole coin layer is disableable per workspace.
No price talk in-game. The office shows a balance and a shop. No charts, no market cap, no ticker.

QUESTIONS

THE ONES WORTH ASKING.

IS $AGENTHQ STOCK OR EQUITY IN AGENT HQ?

No. It's in-game credits — coins for a game. It is not stock, not equity, and not ownership of Agent HQ, the company, its revenue, or its assets. No dividend, no profit share, no shareholder rights of any kind.

WHAT CAN I ACTUALLY SPEND IT ON?

Agent payroll (managed inference for your agents), character skins, office themes and maps, desk and prop packs, seasonal drops, and community-published agent roles, pipelines, and office setups from the marketplace kiosk.

DO I NEED IT TO PLAY?

No. Agent HQ is free to start, you can bring your own Claude or Codex keys, and every item buyable with coin is also buyable with a card. The coin is a spending rail and a reward — never a toll booth.

DO I NEED A CRYPTO WALLET?

No setup required. A wallet is created silently with your account — no extension, no seed phrase, and gas is sponsored so you never pay a network fee. Export is available in Settings if you want custody.

WILL SHOP PRICES SWING WITH THE MARKET?

No. Every in-game price is denominated in USD and settled in coin at spot. A skin is "$5 worth of ⛁", not a fixed coin number, so the shop reads the same whatever the market is doing.

WHAT'S THE SUPPLY?

1,000,000,000, fixed. Mint authority is revoked, so no new coins can ever be created. Coins spent on agent work, shop items, and marketplace fees are burned permanently, so circulating supply only shrinks.

HOW DO CREATORS GET PAID?

80% of every marketplace sale goes straight to the creator, weighted by retention — a template still in use after 30 days earns far more than a day-one install. 15% is burned, 5% goes to the treasury that funds season prize pools and creator grants.
